These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Paw Player application ("the App") and the website at pawplayer.app ("the Website"). By using the App or the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App or Website.
Paw Player is a media player application. It plays media content from URLs that you, the user, provide. The App does not host, distribute, or stream any content of its own. The App is comparable in function to other generic media players such as VLC.
Specifically, Paw Player allows you to:
Paw Player does not provide any media content, channels, or subscriptions. You are solely responsible for the legality of the URLs and credentials you provide.
Each device that runs Paw Player is identified by a unique device key, generated on first launch. You may activate a device by paying a one-time activation fee through the Website (€9.99 lifetime per device) or by subscribing via the Google Play Store (monthly or yearly recurring subscriptions).
Activation is bound to a single device. If your device fails or is replaced, the replacement device requires its own activation. We may, at our discretion and as a goodwill gesture, transfer an activation to a replacement device in cases of verified hardware failure.
Every new device receives a 7-day free trial automatically on first install. No payment information is required. After the trial expires, the device must be activated to continue using the App.
Website payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy collects and remits applicable taxes (including EU VAT) on our behalf.
Refund policy: You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if Paw Player does not function as described on your device. Contact support with your purchase reference. The 7-day free trial is intended to let you verify functionality before paying.
Subscriptions purchased through the Google Play Store are governed by Google's billing terms; refunds for such purchases must be requested directly from Google.

Paw Player is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with any specific third-party service. Streaming quality depends on the source URLs you provide and your network conditions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of Paw Player is limited to the amount you paid for activation on the affected device.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the Website at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of Paw Player after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes arising from these Terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of İstanbul, Türkiye.
